Vendor Qualification:
- Must be a Veteran (served in the military), Military Spouse (including currently divorced), National Guard, Reserves and Dependents (Must have Dependent ID)
- Must sell a product (unfortunately no service vendors allowed at this event)
Vendor Disqualifying Items (Vendors CAN NOT sell the following items)
- No Natural or Dietary supplements
- No CBD
- Weapons of any type
- Alcohol, Tobacco, Vaping Products
- Counterfeit Logo Products, Fake Designer Products, Sports Teams
Here are a few examples of merchandise NOT authorized for sale
- Weapons of any type
- Alcohol, Tobacco, Vaping Products
- Confederate flag and related products
- Nutritional / Dietary supplements (on a short term)
- CBD oils and other hemp based derivatives
- Counterfeit / unlicensed merchandise
- Gold and platinum jewelry above 14 karat (except as SFD approved for OCONUS select locations)
- Items containing racial/ethnic slurs
- Items that include words, symbols, or scenes which are lewd, profane or vulgar
- Items that depict the flag of the United States or any other country in a manner other than authorized by applicable law
- Merchandise not authorized for sale by Exchange Retail facilities in accordance with military regulations
- Official military uniform items to include rank and insignia
- Electronic cigarettes

No refunds for any reason which include cancellation, inclement weather, or any other reason. In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled.
All vendors must provide proof of veteran status (Military ID, DD 214, etc.).
